Caramelized wings is a Filipino inspired dish of chicken wings (1 kg) cooked in a mixture of honey (1/2 cup), fish sauce (3 tbsp), garlic (4 cloves, minced), 2 pcs birds eye chillies , finely chopped (I used hot pepper flakes), lemon juice (half of lemon) until it caramelized.
