We found the paella kit for a great price at ‘city club’ with paella dish very good quality. Also our favorite place ‘Quesos Ixchel’ with organic, grass fed and chemical free meat and wild caught seafood delivered us chicken, shrimp, salmon. Tomato risotto with garlic oregano butter and burrata
I made delicious risotto today, first time with red tomato sauce. So flavorful! Tomato risotto with garlic oregano butter and burrata. I also added some mozzarella small cubes to the risotto, fresh tomatoes cubes to the sauce (1:1 canned and fresh), and more garlic to the butter.
Summer favorite!
My favorite dish this summer, super easy recipe and so flavorful and bright! 
Creamy Pasta with baked feta cheese, vegetables and mushroom. Love to use my tomatoes and basil from the garden!
