Ocean perch and orzo with tomatoes, feta and pine nuts. The perch we got at Costco, I like to buy fish there, especially my favorite steel head, I have many recipes of this tasty fish! This time I fried perch and served with homemade Dill Pickle Tartar Sauce. Yummy!
