For the first time I tried to cook Chamorro de cerdo, I did this time in instant pot with garlic, onion, white wine, smoked paprika and thyme. It was so delicious, flavorful, the meat so juicy and tender. Love this recipe! Cooked in instant pot for 25 min 3 tbsp oil to IP, fry almonds first, move...
