Pelmeni and vareniki, new recipes for the dough
Perfect weather today to make delicious pelmeni with pork/ beef meat and 3 different types of vareniki ( pierogi) with mashed potatoes and meat, they will be served with mushroom, onions and bacon topping. Also vareniki with cherries and ricotta with cherries. Great time spent with kids and results- delicious meal!

Vareniki (pierogi) with mashed potatoes and meat. Served with sour cream and mushroom bacon topping. First boiled them, then fried on both sides. Also we made cherries vareniki and cherries with ricotta cheese in raspberry sauce, it was so good!

Someone celebrates this week Maslenitsa and someone, like us, just loves blini (crepes, nalistniki) so much, especially with Nutella and cream cheese. This time I made blini from different recipe and like it so much, easy and tasty!
