I made delicious risotto today, first time with red tomato sauce. So flavorful! Tomato risotto with garlic oregano butter and burrata. I also added some mozzarella small cubes to the risotto, fresh tomatoes cubes to the sauce (1:1 canned and fresh), and more garlic to the butter.
