Banana Bread, my new favorite recipe

Made banana bread today with ingredients I had on hand. I used 4 bananas and made the batter with 180g flour and a little almond flour (40-60g), 100g melted butter, or 70g butter and 0 ml whipped cream, like i did this time, 1tsp soda or 1.5-2 tsp baking powder, orange and lemon zest, 2 eggs,  tbsp rum, orange extract, 120-140g sugar, vanilla, nuts, and a touch of rosemary. For the top you can use dark chocolate, cane sugar or slices of banana.

1 Bake 175C for 50-65 min.

2 Mash the bananas with a fork, leaving some small chunks intact. 3. In a separate bowl, combine: * Eggs * Sugar * Butter * Vanilla * Rum * Almond extract * Citrus zest 4. Combine with the bananas. 5. Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Do not overmix—stir only until just combined. 6. Add the nuts and a tiny pinch of sea salt. 7. Pour into the baking pan. I used parchment paper also. 8. Bake for approximately: * 50–65 minutes for a standard loaf pan.

*** good idea: when bread is still hot, brush the top with the syrup: 2 tbsp orange juice, 1 tsp rum, some sugar, some rosemary.

The banana bread turned out incredibly soft, moist, flavorful, and delicious
