Baked Totoaba Fish, oil, garlic, herbs, lime, butter, that’s a flavor-packed combo for such a rich, flaky fish.

Totoaba has a firm texture and a mild, slightly sweet flavor, similar to Chilean sea bass or grouper, which makes it ideal for baking. The lime and butter brought out the richness while keeping it bright and balanced.. My first, and probably last time I had this fish, but it was so so delicious!
