Baked potatoes with garlic herbs oil

Baked potatoes with garlic herbs oil. Boil potatoes first, for around 10 min, with salt. Remove them on baking pan, 200C until the potatoes are cooked, 20-30 min. Big potatoes will take, probably, longer.  Make a dressing: mix 6 tbsp olive oil, 2 tsp white wine vinegar, rosemary and thyme, chopped garlic, salt, pepper. When potatoes are cooked, smash them slightly with the fork, add the dressing and bring back to the oven for another 10 min.
