Baked Chicken with Herbs, Garlic, and Butter from Oliver

The meal I made today was so delicious — full of amazing aroma and flavor. I made a cherry tomato salad with garlic, basil, sunflower oil, and stracciatella cheese. Then I boiled and quickly fried some small potatoes with salo, garlic, sour cream, and fresh dill. I also baked chicken with herbs, garlic, and butter. I chopped lots of different herbs, added salt, pepper, olive oil, and spices, and put the mixture under the chicken skin with some butter. Baked it at 225°C for almost an hour — it turned out so flavorful and juicy. Honestly, one of the best chickens I’ve ever had!
