Today I made cedar smoked salmon, it came juicy, tender, flavorful and so delicious! I used smoked paprika ( oak wood smoked), garlic powder, hot pepper flakes, salt, and Provence herbs. Also my favorite marinated salmon ( salt, little bit of sugar, black peppercorns, coriander, bay leave, onions). (more…)...
