Piroshki ( pirozhki ) with meat and also with cheese, our favorite!! I added mozzarella, some other shredded cheese and feta cheese, also some Italian dry herbs, garlic powder. Lemon dill vinaigrette 1/2 cup chopped dill 1/2 cup white wine vinegar 2 tbsp chopped red onion 1 tbsp lemon zest 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp Dijon mustard 1/2 tsp pepper 2 garlic cloves 1/2 cup olive oil Combine and process all ingredients except olive oil in a blender, until its smooth, slowly add olive oil while blender is running.
