Got 5 kg of fresh local vegetables, fruits, salad mix and herbs, Chemical free, it was also nice they delivered to my house. Can’t wait to use them in my kitchen this week!

I have had this one pear tree on the side of my garden for about 10-12 years. We usually shared the pears with the animals and bees because of the skin of pears, it had black spots, sometimes super dry skin, the fruits are small, so totally not good looking pears—totally different then my other pear tree. Tomato juice, using the last tomatoes from the garden
Tomato juice, around 8-10l, pour in the big pot, add salt, to your taste, around 1/4 cup or less, sugar 2/4 cup, bay leaves, black peppercorns, 1tsp, 6 garlic cloves, smashed. Boil for 15 min, pour to the clean jars.
