‘Scandinavian’ backed salmon with creamy caviar sauce. I usually did tvorog in Minnesota, mixing the milk and buttermilk. The buttermilk harder to find here so I mixed the milk , 1l with 1 tbsp of sour cream, it was perfect like in Minnesota. (more…)...
