After making Peking duck, the next day I usually make duck soup, using the carcass of the duck, some leftover duck meat, bones, wings, neck, and the giblets.
You can make the duck stock with all the parts of the duck, and afterwards you can add whatever to the soup you want, like meatballs, smoked tofu,...
Kids made dinner for us tonight: figgy balsamic pork with toasted green beans and rosemary potatoes ? My kids just nailed it! So so so proud of them!!!! Another box from "Hello Fresh"

I made Peking Duck already so many times, but I keep changing or adding something to it to make it tastier and easier. This time the duck was perfect (ok maybe almost perfect). Not the same obviously like you‘ll get in a Chinese restaurant, but for homemade it was really good!

We made with my son Tres leches! ? one of my favorite cakes! To this one I added peach jam to the batter and to the cream ? the cake is soaked with rompope liquor and 3 different milk mixture: condensed milk, evaporated milk and whipping cream. Recipe is coming soon!
