All day -cooking day

Today was a full day of cooking ? First I made a delicious dessert, Italian cannoli crêpes with mascarpone, homemade candied citron, drizzled in a lemon syrup, and sprinkled with pistachio sugar; it was an amazing and heavenly taste! The crepes were so easy to make and cook, and they were so delicious with the mascarpone cream.

After that, I made grilled figs with bacon, mascarpone, walnuts, maple syrup, balsamic, and thyme. A simple recipe, but so rich in flavors. As well, I fried chicken legs with smoked paprika and garlic, and I have a similar recipe on my blog: Fried smoked paprika chicken with herbs. Finally I made a vegetable stir-fry; a colorful, healthy and tasty dish! For the sauce I used:  1/4 cup chicken broth, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1/4 cup honey (you can use 3 tbsp brown sugar), 1 tbsp sesame oil, garlic, red hot pepper flakes.  Mix separately: 1 tbsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp cold water.
