When you have one duck and making 5 different dishes from it. Today is a duck day for me Seared Crispy Skin Duck Breast With Savory Berry thyme Sauce; duck fat, perfect to use it on / with so many dishes, vegetables and etc; duck liver pâté; Traditional Duck Confit( I’ll use it part for ravioli) ; also duck bouillon I will use tomorrow
