Steelhead trout for lunch
We love steelhead trout so much, this time I made slightly salty steelhead ( mixed salt with sugar), perfect with avocado or bagels or for some salad you can use the steelhead for another my favorite dish: steelhead crudo with onions and capers. And another half went to smoke, I used my favorite seasoning from Williams Sonoma, also salt and sugar (2:1). We smocked it 180 around 50 min. It smells amazing!
