Smoked Chicken, Ricotta , Mozzarella, Parmesan Stuffed Shells with Homemade Alfredo. I like to make this dish, using different ingredients for stuffing all the time. But homemade Alfredo is best!

1 cup of ricotta, 1 cup of mozzarella (half for the filling, half for the top), 0.3 cup parmesan for the filling, 0/4 cup for the top. 1 egg and 2 chicken legs for the filling. 26-30 pasta shells. Recipe for Homemade Alfredo you can find in my blog. This time instead of mascarpone I added ricotta.
