Piroshki ( pirozhki ) with meat and also with cheese, our favorite!! I added mozzarella, some other shredded cheese and feta cheese, also some Italian dry herbs, garlic powder. Here is the recipe I used this time. So happy with the dough, but I added more flour, it was not enough for me 4 cups. They were so good with this dough!!
