Pelmeni making day
When it’s a rainy day and also kids don’t have school, beach plans with friends get changed for making dumplings / pelmeni — 2 big bags are stored in the freezer. My favorite dough for pelmeni now. I did a double portion of it too. I used my pelmeni mold and from leftover pieces of the dough we made pelmeni, using a coffee cup and hands.
