Pasta with pancetta, Parmesan, Lemon zest and juice, herbs, hot pepper flakes and Pine Nuts

Pasta with pancetta, Parmesan, Lemon zest and juice, herbs, hot pepper flakes and Pine Nuts, so flavorful, smells amazing and tastes delicious!

for 3-4 people: pasta (a half of package), pancetta or bacon 6-8 stripes, parmesan 1 cup, butter 4 -5 tbsp, zest of 1 lemon (and juice from a half), herbs (basil, parsley, mint, thyme and etc), hot pepper flakes to your taste, pine nuts 1/4 cup, salt.

Cook the pasta in a large pot with salty boiled water. Prepare stuff for the pasta: chop pancetta and fry it around 8-10 min, chop the herbs, fry pine nuts in 1 tbsp butter, until they turn golden brown, stir all the time, add lemon juice and zest. When pasta is done, drain it, but leave some water, a splash, in a cup. Toss in a remaining butter to the pasta, also the water from the pasta, mix it and cover it, leave it for 1-2 min, after, add all prepared ingredients, mix it and serve.
