Morocco project
Cooking Moroccan Meatballs with Sauce, and Couscous with olives and cilantro for Nicole’s school today. They have a UN Project, and each class got a different country, with Nicole’s class getting Morocco. I just love the variety of spices, colors, and aromas in the sauce, just amazing! The couscous recipe is our favorite, and you can find it on my blog; very easy and super quick to make and so delicious!
