Meat filling for lasagna : 400 grams Ground Pork 1 Carrot, shredded 1/2 medium onion, diced 1/2 cup Red Wine 3 tbsp Olive Oil At least 1 cup homemade tomato sauce Salt, Pepper to taste Pour the olive oil in a large pan on medium-high heat and sweat out the onions and carrots, roughly 3-4 minutes. Then, add in the ground pork and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until pork is browned. Pour in the red wine and continuing cooking out the liquid, and season with salt and pepper. Finally, pour in the tomato sauce and continue cooking it on low heat for at least another 10 minutes
