Marinated mushrooms
Our favorite marinated mushrooms:
500 g Champignon Mushrooms
100 ml water
50 ml oil
2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
3 tbsp vinegar
6 garlic cloves
3 bay leaves
10 pepper corns
Make the Marinade of water, oil, salt, sugar, vinegar, garlic, bay leaves, and pepper corns. Boil, then add sliced mushrooms to it, then reduce to medium heat for 5 minutes. Move into a bowl, cover it, and keep in the fridge until the next day.
