Elderberry jam and so many more recipes for elderberries
Made again Elderberry jam, but it was a little bit liquidly, it’s more like a syrup and pectin didn’t help a lot. I had a recipe for the syrup already, without pectin too. But also, she had lots of other recipes for elderberries, I think I’ll use some next time!
