Easy Classic French Duck à l’Orange

We love duck-usually, I cook Peking duck twice a year. But since I already made it for Chinese New Year at the end of January, this time I decided to try something new-something l’ve been wanting to cook for a long time: Easy Classic French Duck à l’Orange. The smell in the house, the flavors of the duck with its crispy skin and sweet- tart orange sauce-amazing!
Another favorite dish added to my list!
