Dulce de leche cake with Dulce de leche syrup, cream, hazelnuts
Once a year I try to make a complicated cake or dish. This time it was really complicated! I made with my daughter’s help a Dulce de leche / Golden key cake. So rich, perfectly soft, and moist. It has Dulce de leche in it, soaking syrup and cream, crunchy hazelnuts, tons of calories for sure, but super duper delicious, one of the best caramel cakes I ever tried.
