Coconut lime rice with cilantro (in InstantPot) 
garlic tarragon chicken breast with creamy sauce, so delicious! I changed a little bit the recipe (of course! 🙂 ) for the rice, I made it in InstantPotand added some cilantro in the end. The chicken I usually fry first with garlic, simmer the chicken for half an hour in the broth, then put the chicken on the plate and prepare the sauce from the broth: add tarragon leaves, whipped cream, you can thicken it with a little bit of flour.
