Chamorro de cerdo

For the first time I tried to cook Chamorro de cerdo, I did this time in instant pot with garlic, onion, white wine, smoked paprika and thyme. It was so delicious, flavorful, the meat so juicy and tender. Love this recipe! Cooked in instant pot for 25 min

3 tbsp oil to IP, fry almonds first, move them to the plate, next fry the meat both sides and around, salt, pepper, parica. Move to the plate, Next fry the garlic, onions, add oil if need it, put the meat on top, bay leaves, thyme, 250 ml white wine, crushed almonds, 200 ml chicken bouillon. Cover with the lead, cook for 25 min.
