Tomato juice, around 8-10l, pour in the big pot, add salt, to your taste, around 1/4 cup or less, sugar 2/4 cup, bay leaves, black peppercorns, 1tsp, 6 garlic cloves, smashed. Boil for 15 min, pour to the clean jars.

Made some juices this week, apple juice, pear juice and 12 l mix of apples and pears. Just used the juicer, poured to the big pot, boiled for 10 min, added some sugar and picked a foam.

When you have a lot tomatoes, zucchini and onions in your garden… homemade sauce from baked vegetables, garlic, herbs. Also added some hot peppers for nice kick. You can can it or freeze it.

Sweet Smokey Zucchini Salsa, easy recipe, amazing flavors and smells so delicious! I’m sure I’ll make it again in a couple of weeks! Great idea to use my all zucchini and tomatoes from the garden, I have a lot this summer.
