Tomato juice, using the last tomatoes from the garden Tomato juice, around 8-10l, pour in the big pot, add salt, to your taste, around 1/4 cup or less, sugar 2/4 cup, bay leaves, black peppercorns, 1tsp, 6 garlic cloves, smashed. Boil for 15 min, pour to the clean jars. (more…)...

Made some juices this week, apple juice, pear juice and 12 l mix of apples and pears. Just used the juicer, poured to the big pot, boiled for 10 min, added some sugar and picked a foam. (more…)...

Made again Elderberry jam, but it was a little bit liquidly, it's more like a syrup and pectin didn't help a lot. I had a recipe for the syrup already, without pectin too. But also, she had lots of other recipes for elderberries, I think I'll use some next time! ...
