Black currant
I have lots of black currant this year so I made many tasty desserts and drinks like a pie with black currants and blueberries and a black and red currant drink with apples. The other 11 pounds will go to making a ‘nalivka’ with gooseberries. Nalivka is an alcoholic drink made from different fruits and berries(apple, pear, apricot, cherry, blackcurrant, blueberry, strawberry, cowberry, rowan). It’s similar to schnapps but not completely the same. The recipes will come soon!
