Backed potatoes with caramelized onions, fresh dill and pickles sauce

Backed potatoes with caramelized onions, fresh dill and pickles sauce.

Boil small potatoes in salty water until they are ready and smash them with bottom of the cup or glass.

Caramelize the onion (cut them first on small cubes). Cut pickles on small cubes, chop fresh dill and garlic (I use the presser). Mix all together with sour cream and a little bit of soy sauce.  Live it in the refrigerator.

Move the potatoes into baking sheet. Add the olive oil and saft butter on top (I used the kitchen brush). Bake them 200C for 5 min, use the top grill, it will make the top of potatoes crunchier.

Put potatoes on the plate, top with the sauce and green onion.
