Marinated Fried Chicken

I used chicken thighs but you can replace with chicken breast if you prefer. Serve with pasta or mashed potatoes along with a salad or vegetables. I recommend marinating the chicken for more than two hours, or best to leave it in the marinade overnight in a fridge. (more…)...
