Our old, White-Transparent apple tree produced this year around 150-200 kg of apples. White Transparent is an early-season cultivar of apple. I made lots of jam, kompot, juice and—today—apple sauce. Finally done with this apple tree, but soon another is coming
Apple sauce, I used Juicer, added some sugar (for black pot around half cup sugar), cook until boiling, slow heat, cook for 3-5 min, take a foam and pour to the jars.
