Apple jam, canning

Made apple jam from my early apples, used around 40-50 kg this summer! Easy and simple recipe.

Apples and sugar same amount. Put slices apples in a big pot, around 3 kg or more, add 1 cup of water, add 3 kg of sugar, cook in low heat, for around 2 -3 hr, stirring all the time. Pour in jars. Also, you can use a hand blender, if you want your jam to be smooth, after cook for another 5 more min and put in the jars. I prefer to cook for 2 hr and using the easier way, without blender))
