- 3 cups of cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 3 tbsp sea salt
- 4-6 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup thyme leaves
- 1 tbsp oregano
- Put tomatoes on a baking sheet, pour olive oil on top, sprinkle with salt, add oregano and thyme leaves, finely chopped garlic, and mix well. Bake in a preheated oven at 170С for 20-25 minutes.
