Brussels sprouts: in a zip bag combine lemon juice (1 lemon), 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, smocked paprika, garlic powder. Cut brussels sprouts in half or quartered and add in the bag. Seal the bag, toss around, until well coated, refrigerate over night. Place brussels on baking sheet, add some olive oil, bake 200C around 15-20 min. Put brussels in a bowl, mix with minced garlic.
