Korean dish bibimbap, simply translates to “mixed rice with meat and assorted vegetables“. I used beef, and vegetables: carrots, spinach, shiitake, cucumber, also crab sticks and egg.

Pigodi, Korean Steam Pies with Meat and Cabbage
