Baked Chicken with Potatoes

Tender, juicy chicken with garlicky potatoes, so delicious! I really loved the potatoes in this dish, because it gets some fat drippings from the chicken while it’s cooking in the oven. The recipe itself is also quick and easy. By the way, don’t forget to brush the chicken and potatoes with the mayonnaise, after baking them the potatoes will have a delicious crust.

    1. Peel potatoes and cut into thick slices or segments (4 or 8 segments, depending on the size of the potatoes). Put in salted water and boil for 15-20 minutes (almost until the potatoes are fully cooked). Squeeze the garlic through a press and mix with mayonnaise.
    2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and spices. Roll the chicken in this mix in pieces, and then fry in a pan over medium heat in olive oil until golden brown on all sides.
    3. Brush the bottom of the baking pan with a thin layer of mayonnaise with garlic and put the potato pieces in. Slightly brush them with garlic mayonnaise. Top with the chicken pieces on the potatoes. Slightly brush the chicken over the top with a thin layer of garlic mayonnaise, if there are open potatoes, brush them as well.
