Ingredients
- 30 g tarragon
- 50 g sugar or to your taste
- half lime juice
- ~ 0.5 l (0.125 gal) water cold
- vodka to taste
- ice
Instructions
- Cut the lime into circles. In a mortar add the tarragon, sugar and lime and mull everything together. Put all this into a glass and add water.
- Wipe the glasses edges with a slice of lime and dip in sugar. Put the ice in the glasses, pour a little vodka then tarragon drink, stir and serve with a straw.
