  1. Boil the eggs, cool, peel and cut in half. Carefully remove the yolk. Mix the yolks, soft cheese, grated cheese, ketchup and chopped chives in a bowl,. Add to the mix the mayonnaise.
  2. Cut the salmon into thin slices and roll them up. Put the cheese mix in half of the eggs, lay a salmon rolls on a top, decorate the top with chives and olives.
