  1. Mix the chopped shallots, garlic and ginger in a bowl. Add soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, jam, hot pepper, sesame and olive oil.
  2. Put the chicken breasts in the slow cooker, pour the marinade, cover and cook on low heat for 4-5 hours, or until chicken cooked through.
  3. Set aside the chicken breast on a kitchen board. Pour the sauce into a saucepan, add flour to it, stir and cook over low heat until the sauce thickens.
  4. Use two forks to shred the chicken into smaller pieces, put in a deep dish, and pour the thickened sauce on top. Sprinkle the sesame seeds and finely chopped green onions. Serve with rice.
