  1. Prepare the marinade by mixing in a small saucepan the soy sauce, sesame oil, sherry, juice of two tangerines, grated ginger, finely chopped garlic and rosemary. Heat and then cool.
  2. Cut the chicken legs into 2-3 pieces, put in a bowl and pour the marinade over the top. Add the salt and pepper, cover and place in refrigerator with the marinate for 2-3 hours, turning chicken legs 2-3 times during this time.
  3. Clean the remaining 2 tangerines and divide the slices. Clean the shallots and cut into 2-4 pieces.
  4. Take the chicken from the marinade (do not throw away the marinade, you'll use it later).
  5. First, fry the chicken with shallot in the olive oil until golden brown, then put everything in the pan, pour marinade over the top, put peeled tangerine slices and cook in a preheated oven at 180 C for 20-30 minutes, until chicken is done.
