Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes, peel and cut into 1cm thick slices. Pour lemon juice.
  2. Sour cream, salt, pepper and dill mix and season with spices. Put in a pastry bag, squeeze out the slices of potato and put on top of 1 tsp. caviar. Garnish with dill.
