Love my garden
I love gardening so much, it makes my world beautiful. I have a vegetable/herb garden, flower gardens, fruit trees and berries. When I am outside I feel happy, too bad we don’t have nice weather all year but when we do, we are gardening! 😉
The chicken turns out very flavorful, tender and juicy. You can serve it with mashed potatoes, rice. Instead of just the legs, you can cook all of the chicken, just cut it into 8 pieces.

Mexican cooking class at Mayacoba, our second cooking class here. Today we made Mole Poblano Chicken with rice, it was fun and delicious us usually!
