- 113 g butter
- 1 orange zest and juice
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch salt
- 2 tsp rosemary chopped
- Melt the butter and cool. Sifted flour and mix with baking powder and salt.
- Beat eggs in a mixer along with sugar until you get a fluffy foam. Add orange juice and orange zest, vanilla, rosemary, then gradually add flour, stir, pour the melted butter and stir again. Cover the dough and place in a refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
- Spray a madeleine form with cooking oil, add the batter and bake in a preheated 190'C (375F) oven for 10-12 min, or until golden.
- Sprinkle the cookies with powdered sugar.
