Meat Salad with Marinated Mushrooms

Very tasty, original salad appetizer. Instead of marinated mushrooms, you can use pickles. Beautiful idea for a party, instead of using  a metal ring, lay out the ingredients in layers in a bowl or salad dish, and decorate the top with herbs or marinated mushrooms.

  1. Boil potatoes and peel off skin then cut into medium-sized circles. Boil the beef, add a little salt, cool and chop. Chop green onions. Finely chop garlic, then mix with mayonnaise. Put salad in layers inside a metal ring on the plate: first potatoes, then spread a layer of mayonnaise, lay out the mushrooms, then sprinkle with green onions and put the meat on the top. Then spread a layer of mayonnaise on top and sprinkle with cheese. Remove the ring and garnish with parsley or mushrooms.
