Marinated Fried Chicken

I used chicken thighs but you can replace with chicken breast if you prefer. Serve with pasta or mashed potatoes along with a salad or vegetables.
I recommend marinating the chicken for more than two hours, or best to leave it in the marinade overnight in a fridge.

    1. Prepare the marinade by mixing lime juice and zest, honey, cayenne pepper, olive oil and garlic.
    2. Salt and pepper the chicken thighs and sprinkle with paprika. Put in a bowl and pour the marinade, close tightly and place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
    3. In a hot pan fry the chicken on both sides until golden brown, then put on a baking tray and cook in a preheated 200'C (390F) oven for about 30 minutes or until cooked chicken.
