Ingredients
- 10 jalepenos
- 100 g cream cheese
- 3 tbsp grated cheese
- 10 strips of smoked bacon cut in half
Instructions
- Cut each pepper in half lengthwise. Clean the seeds from each half and fill with cream-cheese. Then sprinkle top with grated cheese. Wrap half of pepper with a strip of bacon. Place peppers on grill or on a baking sheet and cook until bacon is nice and crispy.
